If you complete your Payment here (online), there is no need to return your Renewal Invoice to us.
Please supply your FULL Given names (not Initials). The 'Prefered Name' is only required if different to your Given name.
Select each of the Tabs to see all of your data and amend where necessay.
The Payment tab will automatically update as you select various options.
Select the Confirm button to confirm any changes and then proceed to payment.
Remember, any amendments you make to your information will not be saved unless Payment is completed.
Any Volunteering poistions you currently hold will be transferred to the new year. Should you wish to change any Volunteering positions, please contact the Volunteer Co-Ordinator.
If you believe your Payment Fee Type is incorrect, please notify the Office Manager at FHC Library before attempting to pay your renewal.
